Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair complex plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, and pipe bursts.
- Install, maintain, and repair residential and commercial piping systems, fixtures, and water heaters.
- Perform routine maintenance inspections to prevent future plumbing failures.
- Communicate effectively with clients to explain technical issues and provide accurate quotes.
- Adhere to all local, state, and national plumbing codes and safety regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction on every job site.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman or Master Plumber License in California and/or Virginia.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in residential and commercial plumbing.
- Strong knowledge of blueprints, local plumbing codes, and safety standards.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work in tight, confined spaces.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
