Responsibilities
- Execute precise site preparation, excavation, and earthwork operations
- Install and dismantle scaffolding, temporary structures, and safety barriers
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, forklifts, dump trucks) with OSHA compliance
- Assist carpenters, masons, and electricians with material handling and installation
- Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and quality standards
- Perform cleanup, waste management, and site restoration tasks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on complex construction projects
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years verifiable construction labor experience
- OSHA 10/30 certification preferred or willingness to obtain
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and work in extreme weather conditions
- Proficiency with hand/power tools and basic equipment operation
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety excellence
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as project demands require
