Responsibilities
- Execute precise concrete pours, framing, and finishing tasks per blueprints
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, forklifts) with OSHA-certified safety protocols
- Coordinate with carpenters, electricians, and plumbers for seamless project execution
- Conduct daily site inspections to maintain quality standards and regulatory compliance
- Manage material inventory and waste reduction initiatives
- Maintain detailed daily progress logs and safety documentation
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on construction experience in commercial/residential projects
- Valid OSHA 30-hour certification and current driver's license
- Proficiency with power tools and heavy equipment operation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in all weather conditions
- WA state construction laborer certification preferred
- Strong understanding of building codes and safety regulations
- Ability to pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
