Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation, excavation, and concrete pouring with precision
- Operate heavy machinery including excavators, forklifts, and power tools
- Interpret blueprints and technical specifications for accurate implementation
- Maintain strict OSHA compliance and safety protocols at all times
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (carpenters, electricians, engineers)
- Perform quality checks and material inventory management
- Assist in hazardous waste disposal and environmental remediation
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on construction labor experience
- OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification required
- Valid Class B CDL with airbrake endorsement preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and work in extreme weather
- Proficiency with power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers)
- Pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
- Basic blueprint reading and measurement calculation skills
- Must possess reliable transportation and punctuality
