Responsibilities
- Execute construction tasks including excavation, concrete pouring, framing, and finish work
- Operate power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) and heavy equipment (backhoes, excavators) safely
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean job sites
- Read blueprints and technical drawings for precise implementation
- Collaborate with carpenters, electricians, and plumbing teams
- Assist in material handling and inventory management
- Complete daily progress reports and quality checks
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of construction labor experience
- OSHA 10-hour certification required
- Valid Texas driver's license
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather
- Basic blueprint reading skills
- Experience with power tools and heavy equipment
- Strong problem-solving abilities and teamwork focus
- Flexible availability including weekends and overtime
