Responsibilities
- Execute precise construction tasks including concrete pouring, framing, and masonry work
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, bulldozers, forklifts) with safety protocols
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical schematics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on residential/commercial sites
- Maintain clean and organized job sites per OSHA standards
- Perform daily equipment inspections and preventative maintenance
- Complete quality control checks and documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years proven experience in construction labor or skilled trades
- Valid OSHA-30 certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Ability to operate heavy machinery (CDL Class B preferred)
- Strong understanding of construction safety regulations
- Physical stamina to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Reliable transportation and clean driving record
