Responsibilities
- Execute precise concrete pouring, framing, and finishing tasks
- Operate heavy machinery including excavators and forklifts
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols on active sites
- Collaborate with electricians and plumbers for integrated installations
- Read and interpret detailed blueprints and schematics
- Maintain equipment calibration and site cleanliness
- Lead small crews on specialized trade assignments
Qualifications
- 3+ years verified construction labor experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent
- Valid Washington driver's license with clean record
- Mastery of power tools and measurement instruments
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work at heights
- Blueprint reading and material estimation skills
- Emergency response training preferred
- Local Seattle union membership a plus
