Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation, excavation, and material handling tasks
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, forklifts, etc.) safely and efficiently
- Install and remove scaffolding, formwork, and temporary structures
- Maintain clean, organized workspaces per OSHA standards
- Assist skilled tradesmen with concrete, electrical, and plumbing work
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and safety checks
- Participate in project planning and progress meetings
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years construction labor experience required
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred (training provided)
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather
- Basic mechanical aptitude and tool proficiency
- Flexibility for overnight travel to Texas sites
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screening
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
