Responsibilities
- Execute foundational construction tasks including excavation, material handling, and site preparation
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, bulldozers) with precision and safety compliance
- Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate implementation
- Maintain strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols and company standards
- Collaborate with skilled trades (carpenters, electricians) for seamless project integration
- Perform daily equipment maintenance and site cleanup procedures
- Document work progress and material usage for project tracking
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on construction labor experience
- Valid OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Proficiency operating heavy machinery (CDL preferred)
- Ability to read and interpret technical schematics
- Strong physical stamina for demanding outdoor environments
- Pennsylvania driver's license with clean record
