Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential and commercial properties
- Interpret blueprints and technical schematics to execute precise electrical layouts
- Ensure all work adheres to NEC codes and local regulations
- Diagnose electrical faults using advanced testing equipment
- Supervise apprentice electricians and coordinate project timelines
- Perform safety inspections and implement hazard prevention protocols
- Manage inventory of electrical materials and tools
Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience as a licensed electrician
- Valid North Carolina electrical license (or reciprocity-ready)
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Expertise in residential, commercial, and industrial electrical systems
- Strong diagnostic skills with troubleshooting complex electrical issues
- Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints and schematics
