Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential/commercial settings
- Interpret blueprints and technical schematics with precision
- Ensure compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) and local regulations
- Diagnose complex electrical issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Lead apprentice electricians and coordinate project timelines
- Manage material inventory and maintain safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Minnesota Electrician License (Journeyman or Master)
- 5+ years of hands-on electrical installation experience
- OSHA 30 certification and CPR/First Aid training
- Proven expertise in troubleshooting and system diagnostics
- Ability to work flexible hours including emergency call-outs
- Strong communication and client management skills
- Commercial and residential systems familiarity
