Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties
- Diagnose issues using advanced diagnostic tools and blueprints
- Perform emergency repairs during off-hours as required
- Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Lead junior plumbers and apprentices on complex projects
- Manage inventory and order necessary materials efficiently
- Document work orders and maintain client communication records
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of professional plumbing experience
- Valid DC Master Plumber certification required
- Expertise in pipefitting, fixture installation, and water system design
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency with trenchless technology and green plumbing solutions
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
