Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential/commercial plumbing systems including leaks, clogs, and fixture installations
- Install water heaters, sump pumps, and backflow prevention devices
- Perform pipefitting, drain cleaning, and sewer line inspections using video technology
- Interpret blueprints and building codes to ensure compliance
- Provide accurate cost estimates and maintain detailed service records
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term client relationships
- Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient workflow and safety standards
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Valid North Carolina plumbing license (or ability to obtain immediately)
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to complete
- Strong diagnostic skills with mechanical aptitude
- Proficiency in trenchless repair methods and video inspection
- Clean driving record and valid NC driver's license
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Background check and drug-free workplace compliance
