Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential/commercial plumbing systems including water heaters, pipes, drains, and fixtures
- Install new plumbing systems in compliance with Seattle building codes
- Perform emergency services including burst pipe repairs and drain clearing
- Conduct system inspections and provide maintenance recommendations
- Use diagnostic tools and digital reporting for accurate job documentation
- Maintain clean, safe work environments and manage job site logistics
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion
Qualifications
- Valid Washington State Plumber License (Journeyman or Master)
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on plumbing experience
- Expertise in trenchless technology and pipe lining systems
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex plumbing issues
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Reliable transportation and clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends/on-call
