Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain piping systems and fixtures in residential and commercial settings.
- Diagnose and resolve complex plumbing issues, including leaks, blockages, and pressure issues.
- Perform quality inspections to ensure all work complies with local building codes and safety standards.
- Prepare accurate material estimates and communicate effectively with project managers.
- Provide exceptional customer service by explaining technical issues to clients in plain language.
- Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols to prevent accidents on job sites.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman or Master Plumber license in Washington State or Texas (required).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in commercial and residential plumbing.
- Strong working knowledge of local plumbing codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy materials and work in tight or uncomfortable spaces.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
