Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties
- Diagnose complex pipe, fixture, and drainage issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Ensure compliance with DC plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Manage emergency service calls with rapid response capabilities
- Perform preventative maintenance on water heaters, boilers, and filtration systems
- Collaborate with project teams on large-scale construction plumbing projects
- Maintain accurate service records and client communication logs
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional plumbing experience with DC licensing
- Valid DC Master Plumber certification (or equivalent reciprocity)
- Proficiency in trenchless pipe repair and hydro-jetting technologies
- Expertise in backflow prevention and water conservation systems
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex hydraulic and gas line issues
- OSHA 10-hour construction safety certification preferred
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
