Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties
- Diagnose plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools and techniques
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and building codes
- Ensure all work complies with local and national plumbing regulations
- Manage inventory of plumbing materials and tools
- Provide exceptional customer service and clear project communication
- Train junior plumbers on best practices and safety protocols
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional plumbing experience
- Valid Indiana plumbing license (Master Plumber preferred)
- OSHA 10-hour certification or equivalent
- Proficiency in trenchless pipe repair and hydro-jetting
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Ability to work evenings/weekends for emergency calls
- Excellent physical stamina and ability to lift 50+ lbs
