Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties
- Diagnose complex plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic equipment
- Perform emergency service calls (24/7 rotation)
- Lead apprentice plumbers on major projects
- Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and safety standards
- Manage inventory and ordering of plumbing materials
- Complete detailed service reports and documentation
- Interact professionally with clients and provide clear explanations
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Texas State Plumbing License (Journeyman or Master)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Expertise in pipefitting, drain cleaning, and water heater systems
- Proficiency with trenchless pipe repair technologies
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
