Responsibilities
- Execute construction tasks per blueprints and supervisor instructions
- Safely operate power tools and heavy machinery (training provided)
- Load/unload materials and maintain organized job sites
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company standards
- Assist skilled trades with concrete, framing, and finishing work
- Perform site cleanup and waste management daily
- Document progress and report equipment issues
Qualifications
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in all weather conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours per shift
- Basic tool knowledge preferred (training available)
- Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and overtime
- Drug-free and willing to pass background check
- Team player with strong communication skills
- USTA card or willingness to obtain immediately
