Responsibilities
- Execute heavy lifting, material handling, and site preparation tasks
- Operate construction machinery (bobcats, forklifts) with proper certification
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and site regulations
- Assist skilled trades with concrete pouring, framing, and finishing
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and proper waste disposal
- Perform quality checks and report maintenance issues
- Collaborate with supervisors to meet project deadlines
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction labor experience preferred
- Valid OSHA 10 certification or ability to obtain immediately
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme conditions
- Class B CDL or heavy machinery operation a plus
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekend shifts
