Responsibilities
- Execute excavation, demolition, and earth-moving operations
- Operate heavy machinery (bulldozers, excavators) safely
- Construct concrete foundations and structural frameworks

- Maintain strict OSHA safety compliance
- Assist in blueprint interpretation and project planning
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Flexible availability for night shifts (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic hand/power tool proficiency
