Responsibilities
- Execute excavation, demolition, and site preparation tasks
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, bulldozers) with proper safety protocols
- Assist carpenters and masons with material handling and layout
- Perform concrete pouring, finishing, and curing procedures
- Maintain clean and organized job site per OSHA standards
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and minor maintenance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on complex builds
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years construction labor experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Flexible availability for night shifts (7 PM - 5 AM)
- Basic blueprint reading skills
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Pass pre-employment physical and drug screen
