Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential and commercial plumbing systems, including water heaters, drainage, and pipe leaks.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections during night hours to minimize disruption to clients.
- Utilize specialized tools and equipment to troubleshoot complex mechanical issues.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA regulations on every job site.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively and professionally with clients.
- Manage inventory of tools and materials, ensuring readiness for night shifts.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman Plumber License in California (or equivalent certification).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in commercial and residential plumbing.
- Strong knowledge of local plumbing codes and regulations in Los Angeles.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently during night shifts.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions.
