- Manage inventory and order necessary materials for projects
- Mentor junior technicians on best practices and quality standards
- Provide exceptional customer service and clear communication with clients
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional plumbing experience with verifiable references
- Valid Indiana plumbing license or equivalent certification
- Proficiency with trenchless pipe repair and modern plumbing technologies
- Strong knowledge of residential and commercial plumbing systems
- Ability to work independently while meeting tight deadlines
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
