Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve residential/commercial plumbing emergencies during night shifts
- Install, repair, and maintain pipes, fixtures, water systems, and drainage networks
- Perform emergency service calls with 24/7 availability commitment
- Adhere to safety protocols and building codes during off-hours operations
- Collaborate with dispatch team for rapid response to urgent service requests
- Document service reports and maintain accurate inventory of materials
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Valid Tennessee plumbing license (Master Plumber preferred)
- Ability to work independently during night shifts (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Expertise in trenchless repair, hydro-jetting, and backflow prevention
- Strong diagnostic skills for emergency troubleshooting
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
