Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties
- Respond to emergency calls during night shifts with rapid deployment capability
- Diagnose complex pipe leaks, clogs, and fixture malfunctions using advanced tools
- Perform preventative maintenance to minimize future service disruptions
- Adhere to safety protocols and local plumbing codes strictly
- Collaborate with team members for seamless service coordination
- Complete detailed service reports and maintain inventory of parts
Qualifications
- Valid Tennessee plumbing license (Master Plumber preferred)
- Minimum 3 years verifiable plumbing experience
- Proven emergency response expertise in residential/commercial settings
- Expertise in trenchless pipe repair and hydro-jetting techniques
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Exceptional problem-solving and customer communication skills
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Availability for night shifts (6 PM - 6 AM) and weekends
