Responsibilities
- Respond to after-hours emergency plumbing calls within 30-minute dispatch window
- Diagnose and repair residential/commercial plumbing systems including leaks, clogs, and water heater failures
- Install new fixtures, pipes, and drainage systems for emergency projects
- Conduct safety inspections and compliance checks on emergency repairs
- Maintain accurate service reports and digital documentation
- Collaborate with on-call manager to prioritize critical incidents
- Perform preventative maintenance on emergency equipment
Qualifications
- 5+ years commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Valid Washington State Plumbing Journeyman license (required)
- OSHA 30 certification or ability to obtain within 90 days
- 24/7 on-call availability and reliable transportation
- Proficiency with trenchless repair technologies
- Experience with backflow prevention and sewer line diagnostics
- Clean driving record and ability to lift 50+ lbs
- Emergency response certification preferred
