Responsibilities
- Respond to emergency plumbing calls within 30 minutes during night shifts
- Install, repair, and maintain water heaters, pipes, fixtures, and drainage systems
- Diagnose complex issues using advanced tools and inspection cameras
- Perform preventative maintenance for commercial properties
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and building codes
- Complete detailed service reports and maintain inventory
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Valid California Plumber's License (C-36)
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Exceptional diagnostic skills under pressure
- Driver's license with clean record
- Experience with trenchless pipe repair technology
