Job Overview:
Our laborers play a critical role in every phase of construction. You will work closely with our project managers and skilled tradespeople to ensure our projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Responsibilities
- Perform general labor duties including loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials to job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) with various on-site tasks.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively under direct supervision.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment (Job Site 5S standards).
- Read and interpret basic blueprints, plans, and drawings.
- Perform basic measurements and calculations to support project needs.
- Assist in site preparation, excavation, and finishing work as required.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting, standing, and bending.
- Basic math skills and ability to read a tape measure.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and on uneven terrain.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-oriented mindset.
- No prior experience required; trade school or apprenticeship is a plus.
