Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with site preparation, material handling, and cleanup duties
- Operate hand/power tools safely and effectively under supervision
- Load/un construction materials and equipment at job sites
- Maintain clean and organized work areas to comply with OSHA standards
- Perform physical tasks including digging, lifting, and carrying materials (up to 50 lbs)
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times
- Complete daily task reports and communicate progress to site supervisors
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
- Basic understanding of construction safety practices
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to follow verbal instructions and work collaboratively
