Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties
- Diagnose complex plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Comply with DC plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Manage emergency service calls with 24/7 availability rotation
- Mentor junior plumbers and train apprentices
- Prepare detailed service reports and maintain client records
- Collaborate with construction teams on new installations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Valid DC Master Plumber license required
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex systems
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Ability to work nights/weekends for emergencies
- Experience with trenchless pipe repair technology
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
