Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties
- Diagnose plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical schematics
- Ensure all work complies with DC plumbing codes and regulations
- Provide emergency plumbing services during on-call rotations
- Manage inventory and order necessary materials
- Maintain customer communication and satisfaction
Qualifications
- Valid DC plumbing license (Master Plumber preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on plumbing experience
- Expertise in pipefitting, drain cleaning, and fixture installation
- Knowledge of DC plumbing codes and safety protocols
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
- Clean driving record and valid driver's license
