Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential/commercial plumbing systems including leaks, clogs, and fixture installations
- Install water heaters, sewer lines, and advanced piping systems per blueprints
- Perform emergency service calls with rapid response capabilities
- Conduct thorough system inspections and preventive maintenance
- Collaborate with contractors on new construction plumbing projects
- Maintain accurate service records and inventory management
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years verifiable plumbing experience
- Valid Illinois plumbing license or certification
- OSHA 10-hour construction certification preferred
- Strong diagnostic skills with advanced pipefitting knowledge
- Ability to work independently in emergency situations
- Physical stamina for confined space and overhead work
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
