Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure all work complies with local building codes and safety regulations
- Manage inventory and order materials for assigned projects
- Provide exceptional customer service and clear communication with clients
- Mentor junior technicians and maintain clean, organized job sites
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional plumbing experience
- Valid state plumbing license (MA or PA)
- OSHA 10-hour certification required
- Proficiency with trenchless technology and pipe-lining systems
- Strong diagnostic skills for water heater, boiler, and HVAC integration
- Clean driving record and ability to pass background check
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and customer service focus
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
