Responsibilities
- Respond to emergency plumbing calls for residential and commercial properties
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and water heaters
- Diagnose plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools and techniques
- Ensure all work complies with local building codes and safety regulations
- Manage inventory and order necessary plumbing supplies and materials
- Provide detailed estimates and communicate solutions to clients
- Maintain clean and organized work vehicles and equipment
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional plumbing experience
- Valid North Carolina plumbing license or equivalent certification
- Strong knowledge of residential/commercial plumbing systems
- Ability to read blueprints and technical schematics
- Experience with trenchless pipe repair and hydro-jetting
- Excellent problem-solving and customer communication skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
