Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties
- Diagnose complex plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and safety standards
- Manage emergency plumbing calls during after-hours rotations
- Train apprentices on modern plumbing techniques and customer service
- Prepare detailed service reports and maintain inventory
- Collaborate with construction teams on new development projects
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional plumbing experience
- Valid Texas plumbing license (or ability to obtain immediately)
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain
- Expertise in trenchless pipe repair and water heater systems
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex pipe leaks and drainage issues
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Emergency response availability (24/7 rotation)
