Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties
- Diagnose issues using advanced tools like pipe cameras and pressure gauges
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and building codes (DC & VA)
- Manage inventory and order materials for upcoming projects
- Provide clear estimates and documentation for clients
- Collaborate with contractors on renovation and new construction projects
- Maintain clean worksites and company vehicles
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional plumbing experience
- Valid DC Master Plumber license or reciprocity eligibility
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
- Expertise in water heaters, boilers, and backflow prevention
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
