Responsibilities
- Perform emergency plumbing repairs (burst pipes, leaks, clogs)
- Install/repair water heaters, fixtures, and piping systems
- Diagnose plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Comply with local plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Manage service schedules and client communication
- Maintain inventory of plumbing tools and materials
- Train apprentices on best practices
Qualifications
- Valid plumbing license in NY or FL
- 3+ years commercial/residential experience
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible hours (including nights/weekends)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Excellent customer service abilities
- Physical ability to handle heavy tools/materials
