Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties
- Diagnose pipe leaks, clogs, and fixture malfunctions using advanced tools
- Interpret blueprints and building codes for compliance
- Collaborate with contractors on renovation/new construction projects
- Perform emergency plumbing services during/after hours
- Maintain inventory of parts and equipment
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and OSHA standards
Qualifications
- Valid plumbing license in NY or FL state
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on plumbing experience
- Proficiency with trenchless pipe repair and camera inspection
- Knowledge of backflow prevention and water treatment systems
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Driver's license with clean record
