Responsibilities
- Install/repair plumbing systems (pipes, fixtures, water heaters)
- Diagnose issues using diagnostic tools & blueprints
- Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes
- Perform emergency repairs 24/7 on rotation
- Train junior plumbers & maintain service records
- Conduct pipe inspections & preventative maintenance
- Coordinate with contractors for renovation projects
Qualifications
- Valid plumbing license in NY or TX
- 5+ years commercial/residential experience
- OSHA 10 certification required
- Expert knowledge of backflow prevention
- Clean driving record & reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs & work in confined spaces
- Strong problem-solving & customer service skills
- Proficient with trenchless pipe repair technologies
