Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial buildings
- Diagnose issues using advanced diagnostic tools and blueprints
- Coordinate with contractors and clients for seamless project execution
- Ensure all work meets Seattle's stringent plumbing codes and safety standards
- Maintain inventory and order necessary plumbing materials
- Train apprentices on best practices and safety protocols
- Provide emergency plumbing services on rotating weekends
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional plumbing experience
- Valid Washington State plumbing license (or reciprocity-ready)
- OSHA 10-hour certification required
- Expertise in copper, PEX, and CPVC pipe systems
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex plumbing issues
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
