Responsibilities
- Perform emergency plumbing repairs (leaks, clogs, water heaters)
- Install and maintain commercial/residential plumbing systems
- Diagnose issues using advanced detection technology
- Ensure compliance with local building codes (DC & GA)
- Provide excellent customer service and job site cleanup
- Complete detailed service reports and invoicing
- Participate in on-call rotation for emergencies
Qualifications
- 5+ years commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Valid Journeyman Plumber license (DC or GA)
- OSHA 10-hour certification required
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Experience with trenchless pipe rehabilitation preferred
- Background check and drug screen mandatory
