Responsibilities
- Perform heavy lifting, material handling, and site preparation tasks
- Operate power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) and light machinery
- Assist skilled trades (carpenters, masons, electricians) with project execution
- Maintain clean, safe job sites per OSHA standards
- Read blueprints and follow construction specifications
- Complete daily equipment inspections and safety checks
- Support demolition, concrete pouring, and framing operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years construction/labor experience
- OSHA 10/30 certification required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in all weather conditions
- Basic blueprint reading skills
- Strong team player with safety-first mindset
- Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
