Responsibilities
- Execute safe and efficient construction tasks including demolition, excavation, and material handling
- Operate power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) and heavy equipment under supervision
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other trades with site preparation and finishing work
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean job sites
- Read blueprints and follow project specifications accurately
- Perform daily equipment maintenance and quality checks
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on construction labor experience
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in all weather conditions
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Strong work ethic and punctuality required
