Responsibilities
- Execute construction tasks including excavation, concrete pouring, and framing
- Operate heavy machinery (forklifts, excavators, jackhammers) with precision
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean job sites
- Read blueprints and collaborate with supervisors on project milestones
- Assist in material handling and equipment maintenance
- Complete daily progress reports and documentation
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor in all weather
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Basic hand/power tool proficiency
- Drug-free with passing background check
- Must be punctual and possess strong work ethic
- Experience in commercial/concrete work preferred
