Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen in demolition, excavation, and site preparation
- Safely load/unload materials and operate hand/power tools
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and safety compliance
- Concrete finishing, framing support, and equipment operation
- Follow blueprints and supervisor instructions precisely
- Complete daily equipment inspections and maintenance checks
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ with valid driver's license
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather
- OSHA 10 certification preferred (we provide training)
- Reliable transportation to job sites in Nashville/NC
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screening
- Strong work ethic and punctuality essential
