Responsibilities
- Assist senior carpenters and construction crews with site preparation and cleanup
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely
- Operate basic hand tools (hammers, shovels, etc.) under supervision
- Maintain a clean and organized job site
- Follow safety protocols and wear required PPE
- Support concrete pouring, framing, and finishing tasks
- Complete daily task logs and report equipment issues
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – training provided
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Willingness to work in outdoor conditions
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Basic math skills for material measurement
