Responsibilities
- Perform Electrical Installations & Repairs: Execute complex wiring, circuit installation, and system troubleshooting for residential and commercial clients.
- Ensure Code Compliance: Adhere strictly to local and national electrical codes (NEC) and safety regulations during all projects.
- Weekend Availability: Commit to working rotating weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday) as required by the operational schedule.
- Equipment Maintenance: Inspect, test, and maintain electrical equipment and systems to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
- Client Communication: Provide clear updates to property managers and clients regarding work progress and any necessary repairs.
- Site Safety: Maintain a clean, hazard-free workspace and wear all required personal protective equipment (PPE).
Qualifications
- License Required: Valid Journeyman Electrician License in California.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in electrical work.
- Schedule: Must be available to work weekends without conflict.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in reading blueprints and using electrical testing meters.
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills.
- Transportation: Reliable personal vehicle and valid driver's license.
