Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair plumbing systems (pipes, fixtures, water heaters)
- Install new plumbing systems for residential/commercial projects
- Respond to emergency weekend service calls within 2 hours
- Perform preventative maintenance and inspections
- Adhere to safety codes and industry standards
- Manage inventory and equipment maintenance
- Provide accurate estimates and documentation
Qualifications
- 5+ years of plumbing experience
- Valid Indiana plumbing license
- Ohio license a plus
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently on weekends
- Clean driving record and reliable vehicle
- Background check and drug screening required
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in tight spaces
