Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties
- Respond to emergency weekend service calls with 24/7 on-call rotation
- Diagnose complex plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Ensure compliance with NYC/NYS plumbing codes and safety standards
- Lead weekend team projects and mentor junior technicians
- Prepare detailed service reports and maintain client communication
Qualifications
- 5+ years plumbing experience with valid NY/NYS license
- OSHA 10 certification and backflow prevention certification
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex residential/commercial systems
- Weekend availability and reliable transportation
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with trenchless pipe rehabilitation technologies
